The allocation target is what CoinBrowse is seeking to secure in this round — not the amount GlyphKey ID is raising in total.

Investment thesis

Age and residency checks are being written into law in a dozen markets, and the default implementation is uploading a passport to every website that asks. GlyphKey verifies once against an accredited provider, then issues a zero-knowledge credential the user re-presents anywhere. Revenue is a fee per verified presentation, paid by the site rather than the person.

Principal risks

  • Pre-seed stage with no revenue, and the two platform pilots are unsigned.

  • Regulatory acceptance of a re-presented credential varies by market and is unresolved in the EU.

  • Proof generation takes about 4 seconds on a mid-range phone, above what consumer flows tolerate.

Milestones

  • Credential issuance and verification contracts live on Polygon — shipped
  • Browser and mobile SDK in two platform staging environments — in progress
  • Sub-second proof generation on mid-range hardware — targeted Q2
