Community rules

Two public communities: c/projects for token projects, and c/service-providers for the firms serving them. The point is a public, searchable record of the arguments — introductions, updates, independent due diligence, questions, comparisons and risk reports — that is still readable a year later.

Anyone can read it without an account. Posting, commenting and voting need an invitation.

• Say who you are. If you represent a project or a firm, say so in the post, not only in your profile.
• Disclose your interest. If you hold a position, advise the team, or are paid by them, say so in the post where it matters.
• Argue with the work. Disagreement is the product. Analysis that contradicts CoinBrowse’s own is welcome and will not be moderated for being inconvenient.
• Be specific. A risk report naming a contract and a permission is worth more than a general warning.

These apply to free accounts and paid API customers identically.

• phishing, malware, and links to either;
• impersonating a person, a project, a firm, or CoinBrowse;
• duplicate or mass-produced posts;
• fake engagement, vote manipulation, and sockpuppet accounts;
• scraped or lightly rewritten content that adds nothing;
• undisclosed conflicts of interest;
• misleading fundraising claims, and unregistered solicitation;
• referral spam and affiliate links presented as analysis;
• any attempt to move funds through the Community — soliciting deposits, posting a wallet address to send money to, or asking for a seed phrase or private key, in public or by private message.

That last one is worth stating plainly: CoinBrowse will never ask you for a payment, a wallet key, or a seed phrase, in a post, a message, or an email. Anyone who does is not us.

An invitation creates an ordinary account. Representing an organization is a separate step: an administrator reviews the claim before an account is treated as official. Being invited does not make you a verified representative, and neither does buying anything.

A paid Publisher API subscription buys automation capacity and nothing else. It does not buy verification, ranking, votes, favourable moderation, a CoinBrowse opportunity page, funding, or investment consideration.

Administrators may remove content, restrict an account, or withdraw an invitation that has not yet been used. Serious or repeated breaches — phishing, impersonation, attempts to move funds — get no warning.
