The allocation target is what CoinBrowse is seeking to secure in this round — not the amount DeltaMint Ledger is raising in total.
Investment thesis
Transferring a private-credit fund unit today takes eleven days and three intermediaries. DeltaMint holds the register on-chain, keeps the subscription documents hashed alongside it, and settles a matched trade the same day. Two mid-size administrators have signed pilot agreements covering roughly $400m in units. The business is a fee on settled volume, not an emissions schedule.
Principal risks
Adoption requires fund administrators to change an internal process they are under no pressure to change.
Transfer restrictions in fund documents can require issuer consent per trade, which slows settlement back down.
There is no live volume yet: both pilots are contracted, neither has settled a trade.
Milestones
- Register and document-hash contracts deployed to mainnet — shipped
- First administrator pilot settling live trades — targeted Q1
- Support for units requiring per-trade issuer consent — planned
